By accessing or using Synthtix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Synthtix is an AI-powered website building platform for service businesses, coaches, agencies, and creators. We provide tools to generate, customize, and publish websites along with associated features such as SEO tools, analytics, and lead capture.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use Synthtix to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform security
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Synthtix, including website copy, design configurations, and exported code. Synthtix retains ownership of the platform, its codebase, AI models, and proprietary tooling.

You grant Synthtix a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthtix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
